I guess they just passed a law that you can only pass in the left lane for a half mile; if you drive in the left lane for more than a half mile, it's a ticketable offense. I got pulled over for it and I hadn't even heard of the law! (It was passed on the 1st for those who are wondering). It's funny because now that there's a new law that no one knows about yet, the state police patrol the highways in teams. I got pulled over a half mile after another guy, and then 2 miles down the road another cop got someone else for it. Thankfully, I didn't get a ticket for it though =D
Time to vote Jesse White out of office... if my grandfather still has a license, and they're passing laws like this, it's time for a change
